Q&A

Why did you choose your profession?

I wanted to make the world a better place and to benefit my community. I wanted the work that I do every day to contribute toward the greater good.

What tools do you use?

It is important to have the right tools for whatever project or goal you are working on. I love to learn new skills and add “tools” to my tool chest.

Do you live by any piece of advice or motto?

Do the right thing for the right reason. Early in my career, I heard this phrase and I have held onto it every day.

What behavior or personality trait do you most attribute to your success, and why?

Resilience. Regardless of everything else that goes on, or what changes radically impact the overall situation (case, project, etc) I have the ability to remain calm under immense pressure, analyze rapidly changing legal/factual situations and adjust course if appropriate.

Who inspires you and why?

I love talking with people who are passionate about what they do, regardless of whether it’s real estate investing, wine making, or running a non-profit. When people actually care about what they focus on, their excitement is palatable.
